I would like to take a minute of your time to introduce myself. My name
is Scott Hagon and I am the President/General Manager of Done Right
Pest Control.
Done Right Pest Control was started out of the sheer need of people
like yourself to be able to have and rely on a pest control company to
provide the knowledge and service that you are rightfully paying for.
I have worked in the pest control industry for almost ten years. The
most common complaint I have heard from customer to customer was the
lack of proper service they had received from their previous pest
control technician. The lack in willingness to show and educate people
as to what their technician was actually doing for them. If you think
about it, when was the last time your technician invited you to come
along with them during one of their services? To show and explain to
you what it is that they are doing for you. When was the last time you
went through your home or place of business and looked at what is, or
is not happening during that service?….. That’s
exactly my point; you should not have to question what kind of service
you are receiving.

come out to your home or place of business and answer any questions or

be back the next service and if they are going to show up on time. With
