|
Job is to look for food, range widely from their nests.

| Treatment: |
Chemicals
should not be used. This will cause budding. Budding is when the nest
gets too big so the primary queen will leave and establish a new nest.
This is what so easily causes infestation in buildings. Treated with
chemicals not only causes budding, but also causes panic and the colony
will start reproducing as many queens as they feel they need.
Variations of baits are used.
